Project Results and Deliverables
The MANDELA project will develop innovative academic courses, professional training programs, and practical learning resources in negotiation, cultural diplomacy, and intercultural dialogue. These will strengthen higher education institutions and foster inclusive, socially engaged education in partner countries.
MANDELA will deliver concrete academic and institutional outputs to enhance higher education capacity and promote dialogue-based learning.
Key outputs include:
-
New and updated university curricula in negotiation, cultural diplomacy, conflict resolution, and intercultural communication.
-
Training programs for academic staff to advance teaching competences, innovative pedagogy, and interdisciplinary practice.
-
Teaching and learning materials—syllabi, digital content, and open educational resources—for students and educators.
-
Student activities such as workshops, pilot courses, and international exchanges promoting intercultural cooperation and practical skills.
-
Institutional cooperation frameworks linking universities, NGOs, and expert organizations across regions.
-
Policy and practice recommendations to foster inclusive higher education and dialogue in diverse societies.
Through these outputs, MANDELA will enhance the quality, relevance, and social impact of higher education—building more resilient institutions, better-prepared graduates, and stronger academic cooperation between Israel, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Europe.
